Service Description
During the time where you or your family member are in the last year of life a lot will change. In this time I can: Support in legacy and celebration of life planning Support in Mediation services for support system and family/friends Sit vigil (Reading, Reiki, Support for family) Offer education about what is happening along the way and what may be coming. Support in navigating hospice care team Supporting care team in hard conversations (Finding the words) This is another unique service. This would be available for sliding scale.
